Jenna Hunt is a Colorado-based harpist with over a decade of wedding experience, known for her versatility, reliability, and collaborative approach. Performing professionally since age twelve, she has worked across classical, jazz, and contemporary settings and has shared the stage with artists including Sarah Brightman and Evanescence. Jenna brings a calm, prepared presence to every event and adapts seamlessly to each timeline and venue.

I began playing the harp at nine years old after, admittedly, getting bored with piano lessons. Music was always playing in our house, and I was constantly asking my mom to buy me the sheet music for whatever song had just caught my ear. Learning came easily, and I followed my curiosity instinctively—never imagining that what started as a childhood hobby would eventually grow into a lifelong career.

By the time I was twelve, I was already performing at weddings, learning early on how powerful live music can be in shaping meaningful moments. What has always drawn me to this work is the way music connects people to memory, emotion, and story. I love translating familiar songs to the harp and watching them take on a new life—one that feels both intimate and elevated.

Seeing couples hear their music woven into such an important moment is endlessly rewarding. One of my favorite memories is watching a bride pause at the end of the aisle during her recessional, turning back to listen with tears in her eyes before walking out hand in hand with her new husband. Moments like that are why I do this work.

Alongside my work in weddings and events, I’ve had the opportunity to perform with and for artists such as Sarah Brightman and Evanescence—experiences that have shaped my musical range, adaptability, and comfort performing in a wide variety of settings. That versatility allows me to move seamlessly between styles, collaborate easily with other musicians, and respond calmly to the unique flow of each event.

Weddings are beautifully complex, emotional, and high-energy days, and I’m deeply inspired by the professionals who make them run smoothly. I value collaboration, clear communication, and showing up with a steady, self-sufficient presence—so couples and planners alike can feel confident that the music is thoughtfully handled from start to finish.

Above all, I believe wedding music should feel personal. Whether it’s a modern song reimagined on harp, a timeless classic, or something entirely unique, I approach every celebration with care, flexibility, and genuine joy. It’s an honor to be part of such meaningful moments, and one I never take for granted.
